How many seats do you have? 

We’re a growth company, and we’re constantly adding seats depending on our clients’ needs. We offer the physical space and the flexibility to get clients up and running quickly and to rapidly scale our coverage as your business grows.

Do you have 24/7 call center coverage? 

We tailor our scheduling to meet our clients’ needs. If a client has the call volume to make additional scheduling a cost-effective option, we’ll be here to answer their calls.

What is your pricing structure? 

We offer levels of service to ensure our clients’ customers are being cared for, at a cost that makes sense for their business. Our shared-agent model is priced at a cost-effective per-billable-minute cost. With our fully dedicated model, clients pay a per-hour agent fee.  And our blended option allows clients to have a blend of both dedicated (primary) agents and shared (backup) coverage.

Do you offer bilingual services?

In an increasingly diverse world, it’s imperative that you give customers the option to communicate with you in English or Spanish. Applied Perceptions offers our clients bilingual customer care and sales services, with agents who are fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
