PresidentBruce Stone is a results-oriented executive who thrives on challenge and meeting goals. With nearly three decades of executive experience in call center management and operations, customer service/retention, technology, quality assurance, operations, marketing, public relations and governmental affairs, Bruce draws on a wealth of direct, hands-on knowledge to help our clients scale, grow and succeed.
Prior to co-founding Applied Perceptions, Bruce designed and held direct management responsibility over the establishment and operation of a state-of-the-art call center that handled in excess of 4 million customer contacts annually.
Bruce’s previous experience includes executive responsibility for new customer acquisition, conversion, retention and public/government relations for a direct marketing industry leader with over 2,500 employees and annual sales in excess of $500 million. In addition, Bruce has served as a call center operations consultant for a Fortune 500 nationwide call center service complex.
Chief Financial OfficerPat Donohoe was so impressed with Applied Perceptions as a client that he joined the company in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Pat is responsible for all financial matters and is also heavily involved in strategic planning. He brings a wealth of experience in business operations, having previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Iconic Labs. In his duties at Iconic, Pat worked with Applied Perceptions for over 7 years as a client.
Prior to joining Iconic, Pat served as Chief Operating Officer of Anastasia Beverly Hills and as Vice President of Operations for Dermalogica, Inc., where he oversaw the Customer Service, Supply Chain, Fulfillment and Analytics departments of both companies. Pat received his CPA while at Price Waterhouse and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Robin Faulkner Stone
Esq., LL.M., CEORobin Stone leverages her rare combination of legal practice, analytical abilities, leadership and business experience to benefit Applied Perceptions’ clients in her position as Chief Executive Officer.
A practicing attorney for more than 30 years, Robin has extensive expertise in counseling businesses on best practices and negotiating contracts. In addition to working in the corporate law department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, L.L.P., one of the largest law firms in the world, Robin served for eight years as Vice President and Senior Counsel in the Office of General Counsel at Merrill Lynch & Co., a Fortune 100 financial services firm, at its corporate headquarters in New York.
Robin’s legal education includes both a Juris Doctorate and an advanced Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC.
Vice PresidentWith years of organizational and project implementation experience, Travis Kemmer brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the operations of Applied Perceptions, including training of AP staff with a companywide focus on helping our clients maximize profits through excellent customer service.
Before joining AP, Travis created and ran a variety of successful business ventures as well as a non-profit entity organized for the benefit of children’s welfare efforts.
Vice President, Information TechnologyJason Stone is a textbook example of management with hands-on experience. He started with Applied Perceptions in 2004 as a customer service agent, then earned a series of promotions, first to desktop support, then to Network Administrator, and finally to VP of Information Technology. Along the way, his responsibilities expanded to include business development, as he helped facilitate new technology to leverage in the contact center space. His focus is on adopting technologies that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue opportunities. Jason holds a bachelor of science degree in Information Systems. He is a certified Cisco Engineer with additional technology-related certificates from Microsoft, VMware and CompTIA, among others.
